Triple E Property Management LLC was founded by Edwin and Evona Watson. They have over fifteen years of real estate experience in the Indianapolis market and surrounding areas. Edwin is a graduate of Purdue University and former NFL player who received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. His wife Evona is a graduate of Butler University and is the Principal Broker.
The couple took on their first real estate project in 2002. After completing the project full circle they decided to become active real estate investors and continued to purchase several properties. Because of the huge success in managing their personal investments many friends, family members, and co-workers looked to them for advice on handling their real estate issues. Eventually the request required Edwin and Evona to become more involved with managing and making decisions on behalf of other investors and property owners. This is when the couple decided to start Triple E Property Management LLC.
